We boast a locally based Control Room, well equipped and manned by qualified, dedicated staff with the experience and training to handle any emergency situation.

Our Control Room operates 24 hours a day under the supervision of a Shift Manager with years of experience. We have immediate access to the Police Department, Fire Department, Metro Police, Ambulance Services, Excalmed, Chaplain Service, amongst others.

Our controllers are trained to always ask a client if they would like a call from a Chaplain. One of the biggest problems with any incident is the trauma/stress and the Chaplains have been assisting our clients at no charge for many, many years.

In case of power failures we do have inverter & generator back-up so that we are always on line to help you. We also have a new Telephone Management System In place where we record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as two-way radio
communication with our vehicles.

The strength of any Control Room begins with the basics - the right staff using the right equipment to ensure that things run smoothly at all times.

With 7 controllers, a Control Room Supervisor and 3 Shift Managers we can assure you that the safety of your family, belongings and business are always in good hands. We have advanced data systems in place with 24 hour technical support and back-up equipment should the need arise.

For ease of operation, our area of operations is divided into two districts, North and South (see table below), each patrolled and protected by its own armed response officers and vehicles. Our vehicles are fitted with advanced tracking system so we can monitor and record their exact movements 24/7.

Our focus is on improving and supporting the communities in which we operate. For this reason we have put a Community Referral Program in place.
