
Thieves Confess to Mamba Reaction Officer
On Wednesday the 25th of January, while patrolling, a Mamba Reaction Officer noticed three suspects attempting to hide from the local Police. Mr. Makgota cleverly approached the suspects and tricked them into thinking he was there to help. The suspects ultimately confessed to the Reaction Officer that they had stolen the heavy metal poles from a construction site near the R21.
Mr. Makgota immediately placed the three suspects under arrest and they were handed over, along with the stolen property, to the Police for processing.

2 Suspects Arrested
for Armed Robbery
On Sunday the 22nd of January we
received a phone call form a client who,
along with her family, had been locked in
a bedroom by three armed men. Mamba
Special Operations and Reaction
responded. the suspects attempted to
flee the scene as soon as the Mamba
vehicles arrived. While the Mamba
Reaction Officers chased after the
suspects other Mamba operational staff
secured the scene. Two suspects were
arrested and the property stolen from the
house was recovered. The suspects,
along with an illegal firearm that was also
recovered, were handed over to the
Edenvale SAPS for processing.

Thief Caught Red-handed!
On Wednesday the 18th of January an alert resident in Eastleigh noticed someone jumping over a wall into a property in High Road. She immediately contacted Mamba and asked them to investigate.
Within a minute of receiving the call, a Mamba Reaction Officer, Benjamin Menyatso and his supervisor Albert Ntsokgolo were on the scene. On arrival, the Reaction Officers noticed that the suspect was still inside the premises. They ordered him to exit the premises where he was searched and found to be in possession of stolen electrical cables. The suspect was arrested and handed over to the Edenvale Police for further investigation.

Two Suspects Arrested in Illiondale for Theft
On the 14th of January Mamba received reports from Illiondale residents stating that people were spotted jumping over walls from house to house in the area. Mamba sent their Special Operations Unit and Reaction Officers to investigate.
Pierre Streicher, a Mamba Supervisor, was sent to a house in Crawford Street and searched the premises. He found a suspect hiding in the garden and arrested him. Conty Morema and Jaconiah Sangweni form the Mamba Special Operations Unit arrested a second suspect in Cecil Auret Street, Illiondale.
Property that had been stolen from a business in Sebenza was recovered and the suspects were linked to the crime by CCTV footage. The suspects were handed over to the Sebenza Police Department for processing and further investigation.
