Mamba Update

IN THE WEE HOURS

My sister and I have been Mamba clients for quite a few years. We have not had to make too much use of your services. However, this has changed in the last few weeks. On the 8th of April we were robbed in the wee hours and my 68 year old sister, who was treated for cancer last year, was tied up in her bedroom while the thieves did a little Easter shopping. She managed to free her hand and pressed the panic button.

As is usual, the Control Room phoned and the thieves answered her phone. The Control Room immediately dispatched a team. They were at our home within minutes, shouted, ‘Its Mamba’ and checked the home and my sister. I came downstairs to find Willem and another one of your Reaction Officers in my home. Shortly afterwards Johan arrived. He dispatched Reaction Officers who managed to find some of our possessions. He was helpful, kind and efficient, as were Willem and his partner.

I have to commend everyone from Mamba Strike Force who responded that early morning, they were absolutely fantastic.

This Sunday my sister collapsed at home and got very badly hurt and once again Mamba came to our aid. Again the guys were fantastic. It was the same people who assisted us the night of the robbery, Johan and Willem. They have to be two of the most fantastic guys I have ever met. Last night they came back to see how my sister was. After the robbery Johan came to check on us, and when Willem caught two of the suspects who had been in our home, Johan came to tell us that we can sleep peacefully. If the rest of your teams are as fantastic as Johan and Willem then I can see why you guys have grown the way you have.
