16 ARRESTS IN ONE WEEK
11 July - During patrols in Ferero rd Edenglen, Reaction Officer Ben noticed a suspicious person. On investigation he found the person to be carrying suspicious items. Suspect arrested & handed over to the SAPS.
12 July - During patrols in Engwena Rd Sebenza, Reaction Officer Piet noticed a broken gate & wall at a non-client. Non-client's security provider & the SAPS were contacted. The stolen truck was later recovered in Thembisa!
12 July - A Client in Croydon phoned in to report that her Husband had cracked his ribs and was struggling to breathe. Mamba responded. ER 24 Ambulance stabilised client and took him to Linksfield Clinic.
16 July - A Client phoned Mamba when he saw a burglary in progress at a non-client in Edenvale. 3x Suspects fled on Reaction Officer Willem's arrival. Willem chased & arrested suspect. 2nd suspect caught at the Edenvale Taxi Rank by Sakhile, Albert & the Edenvale SAPS.
