Mamba Update
THANK YOU
On Thursday 12th February 2009 in the late hours
of the afternoon there was a terrible accident on the corner
of Terrace Road and Columbus Eastleigh.
The motor cyclist involved in the accident was
my father.
I was notified about the accident by Riccardo
Human, a control room operator from Mamba.
I arrived at the scene 5 minutes later, to find
Police, Ambulance, fire brigade and Metro Police already on
the scene.
My father was receiving emergency medical treatment
that saved his life.
On behalf of myself, my father, his wife and
the rest of the family, I would like to say a special thank
you to Riccardo in the control room and Howard who responded
so quickly to the scene of the accident. The emergency services
where there within minutes and it is because of the actions
of these people that my father is alive today.
I am happy to report, that although his injuries
are serious, my father s=is recovering well in the Sunninghill
Hospital. No permanent injuries were sustained and he will
eventually make a full recovery.
